I'm Olivia and I want to make you feel great in your body. I'm looking forward to guide you through classes, workshops and retreats.
Sports and physical activities have always been a very important part of my life. Whether it is freeriding in winter, hiking in summer or Mindful Body on the mat - I just love to move my body. It's more than fun - it helps me to focus on myself, to get out of my head and release stress.
Teaching Mindful Body is my passion. It's always a pleasure seeing people stepping out of their comfort zones, opening their hearts and leaving the class with a lightness inside.
My mission is to create a safe space where you feel comfortable and seen.
