The Skitreat takes place in the beautiful Schladminger Tauern in Rohrmoos. You will stay at Thalers Mariandl, a hotel where you can feel the warm atmosphere and sincere hospitality.

On the Mindful Body & Skitouring Retreat you will have the oppurtunity to learn about the technque of skitouring and how to stay safe off-piste. You will explore the backcountry led by a skiguide that allow you to enjoy the peacefulness of the natural surroundings.

 

In addition to skitouring, the retreats also include daily Mindful Body classes, a yoga nidra class and a sound bath. These classes are designed to help you develop a deeper connection to your body and mind, and to improve your balance, flexibility, and focus.

The retreat includes accommodation with breakfast and dinner and all necessary equipment. The Mariandl-Team and I are dedicated to making sure that you have an unforgettable experience, and we will take care of all the details so that you can focus on your practice and enjoyment of the beautiful surroundings.
