The Skitreat takes place in the beautiful Schladminger Tauern in Rohrmoos. You will stay at Thalers Mariandl, a hotel where you can feel the warm atmosphere and sincere hospitality.

On the Mindful Body & Skitouring Retreat you will have the oppurtunity to learn about the techinque of skitouring and how to stay safe off-piste. You will explore the backcountry led by a skiguide that allow you to enjoy the peacefulness of the natural surroundings.

 

In addition to skitouring, you have the possibility to join Mindful Body Classes, Yin Yoga, a Kundalini Activation, Sound Healing and more.

The retreat includes accommodation with breakfast and dinner and all necessary equipment. The Mariandl-Team and I are dedicated to making sure that you have an unforgettable experience, and we will take care of all the details so that you can focus on your practice and enjoyment of the beautiful surroundings.
